Stayed here 5 times during Waterville Valley visits and although it provides a great value, the condition of the rooms and cleanliness have been steadily declining over the years. The units are privately owned and some units lack basic cookware, dishware and use the same worn out furniture since our first visit 10 years ago. Time to TLC this bear, maybe.
Comfortable rooms! Just wish they included coffee in the room so we could brew coffee in the morning.
This place is not exactly a hotel your of place. The "rooms" you stay in are owned & decorated by families & then rented out through the resort. Kind of like a time share. The accommodations were ok. Good for families.
This place is great in the summer as well as the winter. So much to do and see. Town square is a quick walk away, with a few pubs
I just stayed at this place and a few complaints. Horrible bed. Very uncomfortable. Bathrooms are completely discussing. There were bugs on floor, cracks and water spots all over the ceiling. The shower faucet was broken so you couldn't control the water pressure. The shower and the sinks get clogged and take forever for the water to go down after and while your using them.And No response from this review after a week.
