After having no success with after hour call with my usual furnace guy. I had to call around to different heating companies to get our furnace repaired so we could have heat. I was told from several local heating guys we were not in there data base and refused to come out to fix the furnace in the month of April. The night temp was to be 9and daughter had a 20 day old and a 4 yr old. I spoke to Scott who was more than agreeable to get our heat on for my family while I was out of state. This is the best example of customer service and compassion this man showed to us and I can't express enough appreciation to him and this company. Huge KUDOS to you Scott.
