Our salesperson was Derek Burbank -but he didn't sell the auto: he answered questions about the vehicle, took us for test drives, and helped compare vehicles. He was more of a confidant that a salesperson -which was VERY refreshing. He had great 'people skills' as well as product knowledge. The experience was COMPLETELY painless and enjoyable. The service staff is the Best! They always follow through and are ready to provide the best service possible. Sales- I spent 5+ minutes in the showroom looking at a vehicle then proceeded to the front parking area looking at other P/ U's, another 10 minutes... Never approached by a salesperson, business must be Great! Monthly quotas made. Congratulations Sales department... You Rock
