Up until the purchase of an upgraded wedding ring I loved buying all my jewelry from Days. My husband and I decided to upgrade my diamond and decided to get a different band to support the larger diamond better. My original ring had a diamond and two sapphires; one to either side. To save money we decided to not keep the original diamond and instead kept the two sapphires to put into the new setting with the new diamond. I could not have been more excited to find out that my new ring was ready! When I was handed the ring no one said anything about it, just happily handed it to me. When I got out to my car I very clearly saw a large chip in one of the original sapphires; no special magnifier necessary. Just my naked eye could see the large gouge. I was heart broken and brought to tears as my husband and I brought it back inside the store immediately. The manager did not come out of his office to see us. They replaced the stone and gave us a gift card. Clearly their jeweler must have seen the giant crack and tried to pass it off to me as though it wasn't there. Maybe if they were perfectly clear and honest about it I would still be a customer, but I no longer do any business there.
Was very happy with customer service. Would definitely buy from again. It's always a pleasure to talk to people who carry a smile in their voice. My watch had died and needed a new battery. They offered to replace it for $25 and I could get free batteries for life. I decided to just replace the old one, one time for $10, and come back in 45 minutes. I did so and left for home. By the time I got home the watch had stopped again after only a few minutes of leaving the store. I have a friend that has a watch opener and a battery checker, (I found out too late). He opened my watch and checked the battery and it was almost dead! He thinks they mistakenly put the old battery back in. The cost of going all the way back to Waterville, just for a watch battery, is not worth it. Very disappointed.
Thank you for always going above and beyond. If theres something you guys may not have you always offer to find it. Therefore it makes DAYS The only place to go for your jewelery needs. Thank you for being a great company with outstanding customer service. 5 stars!
I searched high and low to find an anniversary band that matched my original wedding band. Day's was amazing! Though there was nothing mass produced that would work, they were able to have a custom piece made for me that fit within my budget. It is perfect and looks beautiful next to my wedding band and engagement ring.
