Tried to feed some BS that you can't get a new homeowner's policy until what you have is up for renewal. Turning away business is not a good idea.
Wanted pay in full for issues he said "doesn't need to be discussed", which I knew why. They were charging me 389 for liability and another company offered me 130 a month. Very poor customer experience even when I used them before. Not sure how they're still open. Calling their companies myself and skipping them. I have a friend who does insurance, very nice guy.
